Invest available money into the most promising kids. A few original squad members to make up the backbone of the team for a season. Probably finish second. The following season sign a few players, have a batch of the best youngsters in the squad to A) Sell on or B) offer renewed contracts. Next season should have been a season of them keeping their heads down and focussing on staying alive.
