    we are looking for any suggestion son good exercises for lads of this level - they are all fit enough, we have a few good possesion exercises whihc we use, but are looking for ideas of controlled games etc..... thought you may have some!

    Hi Gary,
    I saw your post about you being in barcelona, must have bene good.
    Me and a couple of my mates have taken over an u17 team that was otherwise going to fold..... got the basi of a good team, my mates are bothe P.E teachers so they have level 2 badges I think so we have some sort of idea for coahing. I play myslef so have been stealing soem the exrecises from my tea...
