  1. I think so yeah although he loved a goal against you boys so could have been a few. I think he was at the point then when he couldn't run so just hing about near the edge of the box and smashed balls at the goals.
  2. I'm a bit worried if we do play the high press. I could work but we could also end up getting pumped, no real change through there I guess. It works at Tynecastle on the tighter pitch but at Parkhead there is so much more space for Celtic to play. I also don't think we're good enough yet to stop them getting past the initial high press and once they do we are wide open. Not to mention we can get caught out by one ball over the top. We need Celtic to have an off day and force them into mistakes, even then we will probably concede a few.
  3. Zamal has to start for me. He may drop the odd clanger but at least he actually makes saves. I'd love(I'd probably cry though) to see the percentage of shots on target vs goals scored into Periera as he never makes saves and balls just go through him, under him, palms them in or just jumps out of the way.
  4. Biggest load of shite I'e read on here in a long time and that saying something
  5. Yeah he kind of went the opposite way of players who don't celebrate against their old teams.
  6. Some do some don't. Obviously signing for Celtic was a big factor but most people understood it as he had been out of the game for a while and got a decent opportunity. When he came back and played against us though a lot of people didn't like the way he acted. Getting involved in a lot of gamesmanship and noising a lot of people up. Probably just trying to show them that it didn't matter that they we're playing Heats and he was committed to Celtic. To us it seemed like he was one of them now. I'd imagine most(including me) would take him back in a heartbeat and all would be forgiven.
  7. Yes!! He's a Hearts man and while he might be disappointing in the way Stendel has treated him he won't hold that against the club and try to hinder them by sitting about and picking up a wage for nothing. He is also well off from his time in England and won't be short of a bob or two. If he wants to play football it will probably be the only option available to him.
  8. Would any papers even care about a St Mirren player to interview them??? I can't imagine Jim White calling up Jim Goodwin(or whoever your captain was then) and asking him to come on talksport and give his views on why he was axed at St Mirren.
  9. Obviously haven't been watching much of Hearts recently.
  10. No definitely not but by his comments it didn't sound like he was ready to hang up his boots.
  11. I agree, less teams will be in for him but I don't think he's the kind of guy to hang about if he's not wanted. I'd imagine he'd either take a modest pay off or drop down a level if he's desperate to play.
