  1. Jags fan, they weren't my local team but my Dad's local team when he was growing up. My Dad's side of the family would go to most games so was a good family day out. Went to a few Ayr games as they were the local team and still have a soft spot for them but I'm most definetly a Jag.
  2. I'm still seeing a lot of people in this thread, "Rangers" apologists who like to bring up other clubs who were in administration and say that they have no moral high ground. I thought every club who went into admin, slashed costs, released players and at the very least took massive steps to ensure that they didn't hit liquidation. Even Airdrie gave up it's history, name, colours and badge just to exist in any shape or form. Rangers did relatively nothing to try and avoid liquidation, they offered a 6 month reduced wage to players which means sod all because even if they came out of admin they'd have plunged straight back in as soon as full wages were paid. "Rangers" administration was a big middle finger to Scottish football as they not only kept their international quality players, they also then had the cojones to try and sign new players! There is a moral high ground for those clubs because while nearly every club has had financial difficulties, all those who have had them have slashed budgets, lost valuable players, lost background staff and had fans chipping in as much money as possible to save the club. Usually this happened a day or two after admin, not after 5 months of it. Oh and no other club has had a case to answer over cheating the tax man over EBT's or cheating Scottish and European Football with incorrectly registered players for over a decade. For over a decade any team playing against Rangers has not been given an even playing field. So let's have our revenge and make sure they can only get into the Juniors where every away game they won't be playing on an even playing field (or at very least it'll be bumpy).
  3. I still think as this whole thing moves on we're still being hoodwinked by those in charge. I thought the SPL said TCFK as Rangers had a case to answer over dual contracts? Surely then the SFA must have questions over registrations for the Cups for that period? Why are the two bodies that have to punish the newco over that being the ones to publicly tout the newco for as high a league as possible? Where's UEFA's inquiry into Europa League/Champions League registrations over that period, didn't Rangers make it to a final in that period, screwing over at least 10 other European clubs to a lucrative pay day, a chance of silverware or at very least a sporting chance to play on a level playing field? At least 10 years of cheating has potentially gone on in our league system. This wasn't just one or two games, or an administrative cock up, this was blatant cheating by a club who given their size shouldn't even have to cheat at all. Why are they being allowed to apply to SFL3? They don't have a full team, no idea over whether or not they can fulfill fixtures, oh and let's not forget that they f***ed over any team that has faced them in a cup or league since around 1998. The only reasonable thing to do at this point is expulsion. At least 10 years of cheating is almost unheard of, the Swiss FA got their a*se felt when Sion cheated for one year and took UEFA to court. The Italian league nearly lost it's head when it was discovered one season had been rigged. Rangers rigged ours for many years and Regan has the balls to tout Rangers for SFL1??? Get Regan and Cockwomble to f*** along with Rangers and let's actually get some fans or at the very least a person with a pair between their legs (i.e Cosgrove) to help run this game at the highest level. Not just because we want it but because it's the only way our game can actually continue after this whole sordid affair. TL;DR - TCFK as Rangers are c*nts, as are Regan and Cockwomble. Newco shouldn't be in SFL3, they should be left to whoever will have the cheating sc*m and Regan and Cockwomble should be on the dole.
  4. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18704923 Dunno if this has been posted before but it makes me feel easier, thought Thistle were gonna roll over for a bit.
  5. Who has ever appealed a not guilty verdict? Rangers (Deid in 2012) were appealing the original verdict which was as I'm sure you've guessed, guilty. Rangers were proven guilty. Then they whined against the verdict.
  6. If the disgusting happens and Sevco 80085 get put in SFL1 with a playoff system like SFL 2 and 3 I think it'd be wonderful for Celtic to aim for 11th place, set up an Old Firm playoff final and watch the SPL squirm as Celtic make sure Sevco 80085 don't get into the SPL again... Of course this could all be avoided if the SFA finally do the right thing and revoke the club that used to be known as Rangers licence and finally shut down anything resembling football happening at the big hoose.
  7. This song seems a bit more relevant when thinking of deluded "Club 12" fans. A look into their poor wee minds...
  8. What a great day! It'll be interesting to see what impact liquidation has on the SPL/SFA decisions. A Scottish Cup ban was scandalous before liquidation was a cert and as such they were still an SPL club with a chance of a bigger tie/ better chance of progression. If they are not allowed back in the SPL by the other clubs, a Scottish Cup ban would be completely unacceptable and the SFA would realise that (I hope).
  9. Rangers fans might be praying this is true however I thought the English FA took a hard approach to relocation after the whole Wimbledon to MK Dons affair am I wrong?
  10. No that's why it's not Rangers who will be punished for it really, it's the SFA as a whole that get punished. UEFA/FIFA are legally allowed to prevent for whatever reason, teams playing in their leagues. Hence why Swiss FA was given the choice, punish Sion or be severely punished themselves. SFA are legally allowed to prevent teams from playing in their leagues by not allowing a licence to be granted. If it was legal for teams to be allowed to play in whatever league they wanted, why isn't every team in Scotland in the SPL?
  11. Because to play in UEFA/FIFA sanctioned competitions you have to abide by their rules because the SFA has the national team and is in UEFA, all teams agree to play in the Scottish League knowing full well punishments can be handed down by their league, the national association, UEFA and FIFA. So far Rangers have only been to national level but it's not too hard to see how a court case could easily wind up being a massive wake up for the bigger boys (UEFA and FIFA) to get involved. After Sion, the Swiss FA were given two clear choices, punish them to the full extent for their crimes or wave goodbye to all FIFA/UEFA tournaments including: European Championships, World Cup, Champions League and Europa League. Sion were deducted every point from the games they had fielded ineligible players. Surely RFC are very confident there are no dual contracts because if they were then it's possible UEFA/FIFA could order the same. That surely means Third Division as I make that around 10 seasons for Rangers where they scored a grand total of no points. On the upside, maybe it's just a last ditch effort to GIRFU the "diddy teams" and Celtic by trying to ban the national team and any other club from playing in Europe while they liquidate and reform. If this is the case then it's hard to believe it won't fail simply down to the fact that ANY argument about Scotland needing Rangers would die with them and the SFA may not be as lenient as they were last time and finally boot them and stop any newco from entering any league. This is just another stepping stone towards their inevitable death.
  12. XBL, PSN and Steam: double0pie Mainly play MW3 on Xbox but looking to try Team Fortress 2 on Steam and of course any FM games.
  13. Fair play, perhaps I was being too cynical but I thought the chances of them delaying the vote just in order to get rid of one sure vote to get them to buggery, in order to save their own skin when they make a decision was a shout but you're probably right, it's probably to wait and hope that Rangers die themselves without some of the more cowardly SPL chairmen having to make an unpopular choice between money and fans (which by the way in itself is strange, you would think money and fans would go hand in hand).
  14. Does anyone else think the the delay on SPL vote was in order to get rid of Dunfermline (who's chairman said that he would vote to get Rangers to F*** essentially) and take their chances on Ross County allowing it?
