    Rip it out, make it part of a deal to pass the surface onto the SHU to be used elsewhere and in my opinion bring back a grass pitch. There is an existing 500 seater stand and floodlights, so a good basis to work from

    Brilliant news, this was my preferred option as most of the infrastructure is already there and would have a strong business case if the site included the 11 a side and 5 a side pitches.

    Probably right as if Danny had rated him, he would of been in the squad by now. Interesting to note that John did play under Danny at Cowdenbeath in 2008-2010
