  1. Unreal from fury the way he’s bullied Wilder. He’s not allowed him to use his huge right as he’s been going backwards the whole fight but given him a real going over too. Credit to Wilder too as he really does have a big heart to keep going.
  2. If anyone else gonna grab a bit of sleep before the fight but flapping about what time to set the alarm, you can sign up with http://callmewhenitson.com/ for a call or text reminder for either ring walk or fight time! It’s free too.
  3. Any idea what time the ring walk likely to be? Hearing anything from 4-5:15
  4. That was a very intelligent and disciplined performance. Sure, it didn’t have the drama of the first fight but i can appreciate Joshua has adapted and boxed very well, and that’s what he had to do. Can’t see him pulling that off against Wilder, but reckon he’d need to if he wants to unify the titles.
  5. Aye no booze and boxing probably fairly tame compared with public beheadings.
  6. Thought hunter had that but very close.
  7. Hunter has it but Povetkin one hardy bass
  8. Bellew doesn’t half talk shite.
  9. The atmosphere in the arena is pretty dire. Good fight this one though
  10. Whyte not looking at his best so far.
  11. Ruiz is pretty good value to win with the bookies considering his performance in the first fight. He looks in better shape despite the extra weight too so I’m going to have a wee punt on Ruiz to win by knockout/tko or DQ, although I’m as clueless as anyone as to how this will go.
  12. Really looking forward to this one and it’s a tough one to call. Ruiz actually looks in pretty good shape with the extra weight. Big test for Joshua. I read Ruiz was aiming to come in around the same weight as last time so he’s over done the tacos a bit and it makes him second heaviest heavyweight of all time to defend a title. A lot of former pros and commentators seem to be going with Ruiz again by knockout, owing to Joshua just struggling against this size and style of boxer. Could be a Lewis v Rahman 2 though and Joshua will do the business.
