I didn’t hear anyone shouting anything of the sort from my position near the front. Nor did he mention it after the match in hospitality. Brian just lost the head during the pantomime walk of shame, I think it’s a simple as that. I suspect most fans don’t know about his brother. I certainly didn’t until mentioned here.
