Just wanted to say a fond farewell to all in the 2nd Division and wish you all well in the coming season.

It's been the best year I have ever experienced as a Cowden supporter and lots of good memories to take away into the big league. Hope we do ok and glad Dumbarton came up to keep us company. Feel we have shown that a small club can achieve a lot when they have people with passion running them, a great management team, a good bunch of players who give their all for one another and a wee group of supporters who would run through brick Walls for the team they support.

I have lots of respect for every club we have faced this season and it was great to see Albion staying up. A bit of a pity that we didn't get on too well with Arbroath but nobody from either club will worry too much about that in the years ahead ;-)

We now have the rare challenge of facing other Fife teams who can actually beat us which is a shame but we will give them a better test this time I'm sure.

Best wishes anyhow to all in Division 2. Hope that ourselves and Dumbarton can show that the gulf between Division 1 and 2 isn't so big anymore? Great to go up anyway as we all want to play at the highest possible level.

    See you guys later.

Condescending stuff when you consider, from the top down, you have a very supportive board of directors, a great young manager, a effective team, a shit ground (that isn't even yours!) and support (numbers wise). Good luck to Cowden and Dumbarton in Div 1, with significant strengthening, one of you will have a good chance of surviving the first season...

    Bye for now.

Hmmmm I think Doris (Please stay!) and Gemmell could be a good partnership, interesting move if it does come off.

Apparently we(Dunfermline) have nearly signed this Josh Falkingham if rumours are to be believed, any good?

IMHO the best player in Division 2, small in height but big in ability and heart. Took a lot of physical treatment, as many tried to stop Falky but fair means or foul, usually foul! Will be very sorry to see him go, but he deserves a shot at full time football again. Good luck to him, if he does leave...

Ask Stirling fans - would fit in well at Arbroath. Wasn't he freed by Brechin?

You seem to know, why would Buist fit in well at Arbroath? Is it because he is a good footballer?!

I'd be quite happy if McKenzie was in a Lichtie shirt next season.

He would be a good reserve for SibandaPosted Image

I would be very happy to have McKenzie in our team next season! We can dream...
