My mum paid for 2 products for Christmas presents last Sunday but they haven't turned up. It says in 'My Orders' that she cancelled them but she didn't. I'm not sure whether she should buy them again.

Can anyone help...... please

Email service@spreadshirt.net, stating your order ID number and the guys should try and turn this round for you.

Problem solved.

I was being an idiot. These people will just have to wait for their xmas presents!

Still waiting on the products. Does shipping usually take this long? Quite disappointed to be honest :(

usually 10 to 14 days

but i think they say upto 28days..
