Poland Goalie Top

Over the summer I got myself a Poland top with the proper lettering/numbering etc and stuck my good friend Kozi's name on the back, which he really appreciated.

Unfortunately, big Mikey Kula objected, so I'm wanting to do the same with a Poland goalie top. Any suggestions on where to get one?

I'm afraid I haven't seen these available in the UK so you may have to try Polish web outlets.
