Strollers For The First Division ??????????

I watched the Strollers against Fraserburgh in their pre season friendly, which the ywon 3-0. They knocked the ball about superbly. I believe Fraserburgh had a strong team out and strollers played them off the park.

If they keep that up other teams will find it difficult to stop them walking the league. They were on the verge of promotion last season and i thik it might be there year.

Thoughts?????

Absolutly no chance of them winning the league, the beat a highland team who had a game the night before and where out on the bright lights of the citys nightspots,

the manager has not got a clue about tactics, his players best postions,
they have acouple of good players but you need 7.8 or 9 players playing very well every week to be in with a shout, they havent got that,
they had a chance last year but now with the likes of Stirling Uni, Leith, maybe even a strong south Gretna team, i think they will be up there but not good enough to win....
if they do, ill take my hat off to them but ill put my money where my fingers are and say £250 they dont win the league

Point taken. Maybe you could be right, it's all predictions at the moment. It might be fairer to say they'll be well up they're for promotion then!!!!!

First division will be a great league this year, probably about 5 teams in the 1st that could win more games than lose in the premier. Fav for me Tynie or Vale followed by either Stirling or Gala

Strollers no chance , Stirling, Gala and Tynecastle all ahead to be fair. Vale in the next pack with Strollers. Vale have been disappointing in the past signed a fair few players this year, biq squad , a lot have joined just for the money from what ive heard, management ok / average. mid table finish for them.

1st Division will be a really exciting league this year. All teams who have a chance of being league winners/promoted have added well to their squads - Civil, Vale etc.

If its on, the Craigroyston v Vale game would be a good start to the season!

I told you about strollers. Good win against Preston yesterday. Played well. Early days but they're looking good. 1st Division is going to be a good one.
