Just having a look at the EoS website on which the Tyreman logo was on the front page (along with Image Printers etc.) See that's now gone. Has the EoS lost Tyreman as it's sponsor?
And now I think of it, the Colin Campbell logo (league cup) has gone too.
Is that the sponsors gone or am I jumping the gun? And any idea what sort of money they would provide in sponsorship for a season?

HibeeJibee posted that on here a while back after an EoS committee meeting. Don't know what it means financially for the league but having the new fixture list can surely only help in attracting replacement sponsors although it's not exactly a great time to be looking for new sponsors.
Maybe with a bit of a better structure and organisation to the League Cup the League might also try and remember to give the sponsor a bit of notice of when the final is being played. Maybe even invite them along to present the trophy, that sort of thing!

As reported on here and in the local press after the AGM, Tyreman and Colin Campbell Sports both ended their sponsorship deals. However, Image Printers continue their support of the EOS Qualifying Cup, and (technically speaking) the SFA are supposed to be continuing as sponsors of the South Challenge Cup. Remember that historically few of the non-leagues have had sponsors.
The League Cup has always been a logistical problem, especially when the knock-out rounds were fitted in with haphazard fashion throughout the season. With the tournament moving to the end of the season, it should be played in a shorter period and presumably have more profile because of this. I suppose it is still possible for a sponsor to come on board, before it kicks off in the spring.

Anyone want to have a whip round, form a holding company called Fuh and sponsor one of the cups? I think the East of Scotland League Fuh Cup has a certain ring to it...
