Anyone know when the season starts or when the fixtures are released??

According to the Solway Press, the SOS will begin on July 26th (a weekend later than last season).

Last season, the fixtures (for July, August and some skeleton fixtures for early September) were released 10 days to a fortnight before the season began IIRC. They may have been released to clubs earlier. The EOS fixtures won't be out until after the Gretna vacancy is filled, and they take decisions about changing the leagues/format of the League Cup etc. The SOS and EOS fixture secretaries have to co-operate to avoid clashes between Annan + Dalbeattie and their reserves, as well as co-operating on the South Challenge Cup. So that could affect an announcement date.
