The new management team at Heston Rovers (Dumfries FC) is Raymond Boyd and Sean Ross. The idea behind this is that heston are looking for the youths to come through the heston ranks.
It is a big kick in the teeth for Willie MacMillan ex Fleet Star manager who was bookies favourite for the job.

Lets face it willie isn't and wasn't much of a keeper and having listened to him when he was at fleet he hasn't a clue about how to set up a team or tactics so i think its a good move not appointing him
