Someone did set one up. But it never really took off. He seemed to chuck it in. Its easy enough to set one up and if you use someone like chumster.co.uk, its free. Although you have annoying adverts.

Basically they are not interested in a website. I would struggle to do an unofficial website, as my knowledge does not stretch that far.

I could only ask.

I have to say that is very very random

You know I lived in Gala for 6 months a few years back and never ever saw any details about the team.

Sure I saw them play forfar though in the scottish cup?

Do Spartans not still have a forum attached to their website? I just tried to check, but the Spartans site is down at the moment, although I'm sure it's just temporary.

Yes, there is a vegetarian option - f**k off.

He may look like an idiot, he may talk like an idiot, but don't be fooled by that - he really is an idiot.

I'm astonished. Fairydean have always struck me as a progressive, ambitious club. Why they are not interested when someone approaches them offering to give them the web presence they lack, I can only wonder.

I suppose they may have something in the pipeline. Just a thought rather than me knowing.

I would assume that's the case as it would not have cost them a penny.

No spartans forum on the site at the moment. To be honest ive always thought it best clubs dont have forums on their official sites - can be dangerous.

Fingers crossed we will have one up sometime soon though.

To be honest, the other EOS forum never got off the ground and the Spartans one was poorly administered (just try registering. You'll wait until kingdom come for someone to authorise your account).

In many ways, prior to this forum, the Spartans board was used by fans of all EOS clubs. Think it's safe to say that the EOS can't support a forum on it's own as the small number of users who regularly post on this forum bears witness to.

I think the bloke who took the photo for the Football Nation Spartans 'stock' page may have washed all the shirts with his Y's rather than mine......
