Pretty good but maybe a picture of Haining/McPherson in a Tony Sopranoesque suit?

Or maybe another one saying the Grandfather in Godfather stylee with Millen as the Don?

Yeh, got to admit, the pistols are completely out of context with just the team name. You probably want to add in some relevance for using it. Obviously famous people's faces are going to be copyright, but it does need something.

I've previously done a tortolano one in the same style and it proved quite popular - but I appreciate something more tangible might work better

Hmm... yeh, I can't think of anything off hand that could tie it up. Other than perhaps show the gun that's empty, demonstrating the number of shots we have per game.. ;)

btw, if you are looking for something that will go down well with the Saints fans, think of something that celebrates the stadium. We move at the end of this year and I'm sure a top celebrating that (and the fact you can do tons of wordplay with Love Street) would do well. Just a suggestion mind.

I can tell you definitively...8th September 1894, a 3-0 defeat to the green bhigots.

In fact if you want to put a back print on, you could list the previous stadiums in a 'on tour' style-ee. From Wiki they are listed as..

Shortroods .. 1877-1879
Thistle Park .. 1879 - 1883
West March .. 1883 - 1894
Love Street .. 1894 - 2009
Greenhill Road .. 2009 -

Not sure if "Greenhill Road" is the right name, but that's certainly where the stadium is.

While we are throwing in ideas, have you thought of using the word pandemonium (panda-monium), with of course some reference to a paisley panda?

On the first t shirt, below the gun he already demonstrated the amount of shots we have per game in bullet form.
