dont know about creetown , but what is happening at meadow park -under 13s game called off sat morning for sunday game (called off to early) thought it was to save the park for wed game - there is only 1 game to play so what does it matter if it cuts up unless there is a bowling competion to be played on it . p.s remember it is supposed to be a football pitch . COME ON THREAVE COMMITTE

Have we seen this tactic from Threave in seasons gone past? Did a ref check the park?

Was it last year they kept calling the Threave V Creetown game off because they didnt want to play Creetown until they had the lge won? Did someone not check the park

Again this season we have to wonder on the integrity and tactics that Threave continue to use. Season after season calling games off that could probably could have been played and this week when their hold on the League Title is at stake, what do they do ? call off what is supposed to be the premier cup final of the south league.
I belive that this beatiful game that we go to watch week in week out should have no shadows cast over it. It may be worth while as one other post suggested, call in a referee to assess the park at CD.

never mind the theories...what will be will be.........Threave are the champs if there was a pattern surely things would have been questioned officially?...........the other argument could be.....they have fresh legs or lack of match practice?

Can anyone prove Rovers put games off on purpose? if not i know this is a forum but dont spoil it for them if they win the league without backing it up properly!!!
