I think what our cleyhole friend means is,

"There were people playing Stranraer Athletic under the name of someone else. When said person was still in Stranraer!!"

Seen it happen a few times, few SoS players playing for Sunday league teams on the sly away in the Scottish cup before.
Woooooooof

In the local paper that Sanny Sutherland is calling it a day at the end of the season, he states it's harder to get players to turn up for training and for games than in the past.
The reintroduction of Stranraer FC to the league would certainly have made his job more difficult but he has done a great job over the years building them from nothing-think he will be a hard act to follow.

Would second that. Sanny has done a great job. Wonder if Robert Boyd will take over from Sanny.
Think it's a case of rebuilding a new squad for whoever comes in. Alot of older heads there now.

I agree his side that was winning the league a few years back were a brilliant side, the team they brought down to St Mary's last week were the worst Stranraer Athletic side ive ever seen.
