Its a superb program, i watched each episode as it came out in the states, im looking forward to Season 3 starting in September/October.

S1 is better than S2 .

Downloaded and watched them all so far and can't wait til season 3! It's a great program, Michael C. Hall is great in this like he was in Six Feet Under (albeit in a different way...)

I think it's just started. I caught it by chance the other week and was stunned to find ITV actually have something worth watching on the channel other than TV Burp and the Champions League.
We're not cuddly anymore.

Read the books, the third one is a pile of shite but the first two are great, the got the right actor for the part though.
What does a scanner see? he asked himself. I mean, really see? Into the head? Down into the heart? Does a passive infrared scanner like they used to use or a cube-type holo-scanner like they use these days, the latest thing, see into me—into us—clearly or darkly? I hope it does, he thought, see clearly, because I can’t any longer these days see into myself. I see only murk. Murk outside; murk inside. I hope, for everyone’s sake, the scanners do better. Because, he thought, if the scanner sees only darkly, the way I myself do, then we are cursed, cursed again and like we have been continually, and we’ll wind up dead this way, knowing very little and getting that little fragment wrong too.

I only know because various people in the office have watched up to various points. It's quite fun listening to other peoples theories when you know what happens. Same goes for Heroes.

I actually thought it was pretty shite. Wasn't impressed at all. I may change my mind if the lead character wasn't as annoying - a different actor may have been better. It does get pass marks for Julie Benz however

No, Julie Benz is his girlfriend. His sister is too anorexic looking for my tastes. I don't know what it is, there is just something about the lead that pisses me off. It is like CSI miami - i can't stand "horatio cane" so i don't like the show.

He is the main character in CSI Miami  (the alex mccleish lookalike)

Julie Benz is actually a pretty famous TV/low budget film actor.

Episode 6 out of 12 of series 1 is on tonight. It was on FX last year but nobody watched it, and when you try and describe it to people it sounds shite.

"aye, theres this guy who works for the police, but he's also a serial killer! awesome eh?"

Watched all of S1 and S2 on the internet, can't wait for series 3. Michael C. Hall is a really good actor, I'd like to see him in more things. The fact that somone thinks the 3rd book is pish is a little worrying. Some shows have a problem in justifying more series' so they just dream up daft plots, I thought the plot for the second book/series was excellent.
