I think it was 1998, but I'm not really sure.

I had to do without the internet for most of the day yesterday, while having to stay at home. I was bored senseless :(

95 for me too. I paid £180 back then for a 33.6K USR Sportster modem and was on Demon internet at £15 a month plus call charges :o

Have had broadband with BT Internet since September 2000
