Queen's chased the game at every opportunity, scoring in the process a goal from the centre circle after we'd scored the first. Their players showed heart and passion that deservedly won the game for them. Meanwhile we just thoroughly lost our way - there is absolutely no hope now, we are fukced.
The sooner Welsh goes, the better. The team showed very little spirit and fight, the occasional forage into the QP half resulted at a pass straight to them or out of the park.
Welsh took stick as we waited on the final whistle, no doubt he'll just shrug it off and pick up his pay packet for another miserable event for the supporters. The sooner this season ends, the better.

Queens played us off the park tonight and they deserved it, THEY WANT TO STAY UP and they played like that. We are now worse than Berwick, we are shite. We have the players depite the injuries to be in a better position but facts are we are not - Welsh and Lennon's tactics are the reason for us sliding down - with those two clowns we will be lucky to beat any team in Div Three. For a team to chuck it like that shows they do not have the support of the dressing room - we were playing ten men !!!
NO EXCUSES - WELSH JUST GET TO FCUK

Long balls to the front two for the majority of the game were proving fruitless but it continued time after time.
Even at 4-1 when cowden were attacking there were five players strung along the half way line, a couple of throw ins well in the QOS half and Cowden only had two maybe three in front of the ball, and at QOS's corners cowden only kept one up and one mid way. (and this against ten men!!) It just seems so negative and signals a team with an extreme lack of confidence.
Would like to see McQuade, Manse and Mini working together longer and tormenting the opposition and creating chances, and not just in the last minutes when the games dead and buried.
Anyway, imo the hungrier of the two teams won again. Hopefully Cowden can bounce back.

I thought it was Queen's Park that were playing?
Anyway couldn't make it tonight but so chuffed that we managed to win so comfortably with 10 men. From what I've heard 4-2 flattered Cowdenbeath more than us. Beginning to breath a little easier.

There was no shape to the team, no spirit, no fight. Welsh has obviously lost the dressing room. He's also lost the backing of the fans. If he had a shred of decency he would walk away after tonight's debacle.
But he won't, him and his sidekick will continue picking up their monster pay packets. It will cost the club a fortune to get rid of this pair of clowns.

Cowdenbeath were only in front for about two seconds.
Superb performance from QP although Cowdenbeath looked like the worst team I've seen QP play in years.
Chris Boyle should never be allowed to ref a game ever again.

Great result tonight, fully deserved. Match was a bit spoiled by the worst referee in the country giving bizarre decisions to both sides. Every time he stopped play all the players had to wait and see what he was giving because they couldn't see anything themselves. Cowden penalty and our first penalty shouldn't have been given but out 2nd was a stonewaller.
All in all, great result and three vital points.
Come on the Queens!

It was straight from the kick-off after our penalty. Lobbed our keeper from the halfway line, an absolute peach.
I was impressed by the Queens support tonight. Quite a number of you through and vocal as well. We were pathetic, didn't look like scoring. The main entertainment for me was Boyle. Some of his decisions were unfathomable. Welsh has done quite enough damage now. He really needs to go.

Great Queen's showing tonight, lots of dig and looked the better team throughout, Cowden had one real spell of play towards the end when they grabbed the second goal, but then again that was against ten men and for the rest of the game they were pretty gash.

My question is, how the hell can a club the size of Cowdenbeath financially sustain the bulging pay packets that these two are picking up? With what has happened at Gretna recently are we living beyond our means?
For the supporters club members out there, it's time for you to act - request that the club declares a vote of no confidence in the manager and that it is recorded in the next board meeting minutes. Whilst nothing may happen, it will be at least a message to the board that the support have had enough.

Missed Kettlewell's goal, unbelievably. Had gone for a pie after Cowden's penalty, thinking that nothing of note would happen, only to hear 'goalscorer for Queen's Park - Stuart Kettlewell' over the tannoy. Cue much 'hilarity' to hear it was a 70 yard screamer.
Unfortunately, Chris Boyle put himself in the frame for much of the game again. Kettlewell's straight red for dissent (?) was a disgrace, frankly. I cannot believe how he came to that conclusion. A lot of the decisions were either wrong or baffling. None of the penalties looked certainties. The one we got for handball was a bit on the lucky side. Still, Trouten's record from the spot is virtually flawless.
The game was there for the taking and we won it. Well chuffed.

Whilst I'm no fan of Brian Welsh, I don't think the Supporters Club should be sticking their noses into football club business. Shareholders yes, ordinary punters no.
