I think it was Bolo who scored your goal.
As i said on another thread, reserves / trialist or whatever, it showed up on Tuesday that you have a lack of depth in your squad, i thought Wood was a forward ?.... although did see him play for you at the back against Stennie last game of last year (i was bored ok and fancied watching a game!!). Could have / should have been a bigger scoreline, but for some good saves from Flockhaart.
Both teams were a bit one dimensional but with Carrigan up front for us, our reserves had that slight edge over yours.

Of course we have a lack of depth in our squad. Nearly everyone does at this level. 3 returning players, a defender in attack and the rest of the team made up from the EOS 1st Division reserve team doesnt say much.
Glad you enjoyed it though.

Went very well I thought. Gave his opinion on everything and didnt deflect any questions. Even if you didnt agree with everything he said, he has to be admired for standing for what he believes in. Went in thinking it would be some kind of car wreck, left impressed with him. Went on for nearly 2 hours with a 10 min break.

Michael certainly came across as articulate and enthusiastic and would have had a positive influence on anyone who previously was unsure about him. Definite kudos for having the balls to come in and do something like this but pity it hadn't happened sooner.

Renwick did really well, I asked him 6-7 questions and he answered them with no problems what-so-ever. He did come across as a sound guy, and there is no wonder he was hired the way he sweet-talked us last night!
There were some err... Embarassing moments aswell mind.
If we get beat today, 9-2, arrange another.

If he does shite next season. The sig shall be removed, I knew he needed to bring some of his players in, but I didn't think he really needed them, and he could do a better job, which he probably can still, but i'll judge him next season.

Renwick: "The injury crisis was getting out of control, I was even thinking about putting my boots on again!"
Someone in the bar: "GOD NO!!"
He actually looked a bit offended when everyone started laughing like it was an unbelievable suggestion!
It's fair to say Des McKeown won't be made welcome down at Shielfield any time soon as well!

Aye, it was funny as f**k when that was said, mind, ild prefer Renwick as a ten year old to that fat b*****d Henderson. They explained everything though, and it just sounds like the press dont really like to say the full comments Micheal says, and of course, Des McKeown should be shot for being a p***k.
Anyway, good night, Bri got made to look like an arse when he said about the players earning money

Think the video only got the first half of the talk which is a bit of ashame considering most of the better questions and answers came after the break when people had one or two pints in the them. Well answered though.
I got an answer to the Steven Noble question so I was pleased with that.

He said He knows Des from Stennie, and Des knows Robbie from Stennie, and he said he had both on the phone. He said that Robbie was on no more than a trial, and that Des can print whatever he wants as he obviously has a little thing with Robbie, and then Creasey said thats the same Des McKeown that tapped 5 of our players illegally.

He had played with him before, didnt have a problem with him before.
Thought he was class in his first game against Airdrie. Then lost us too many point and he doesnt think he is good enough. He doesnt care if its his testimonial year or not as he has more important things to think about such as results and the type of character in the dressing room. Players with heart who want to prove something and shoot for the stars are the type of players he wants.
He wants a certain standard of quality and Gary doesnt match up to that he said. His attitude when not playing wasnt good enough and he used the example of some coaching thing that he organised for Gary and another player. Gary left straight after the organised game rather than bothering talking to the players he was coaching or something along those lines. Someone else might remember better.
Alloa approached Berwick on the Monday about a move and Gary spoke to them but decided against it. Then Gary said he was going to speak to Stenny on the Thursday about a loan, Renwick said fine, but he decided not to go there either.

Fairy nuff, now why couldn't the club have said that instead of the bland statement that was issued. Anyway i'm glad he came over well and let's hope we play well this afternoon maybe even a win (or am i going too far).
