Get Renwick out now. A total and utter humiliation. Must rank up there as the biggest single disgrace of a game in the clubs long history. And against midtable also rans as well.

This man was at Stenny last season and could hardly get a game. He was singled out by Coughlin as the weak link in the shit Stenny squad when we played them, and we put pressure on him leading him to make about the worst defensive mistake I have ever seen at Shielfield. Falling over the ball in the centre circle and letting us score. Now we get him in a division above. He is shit and his sending off was a blessing. He was flashed the card 3 times because he kept on arguing. McNicoll is 5 times the player.

And why does Renwick just buy or loan defender after defender. We can’t put out a settled defence which is a must, mainly because he signed people on one month loans or just chops and changes is it for no reason. Don't get me wrong, the injuries have been bad, but fucka, he still doesn’t have a clue. The main problem with the defence is the midfield. We don't have one! Nobody in midfield is good enough to hold back. Thomo used to do it, but has been out and can't be expected to do it all himself anyway. We have nobody in the current squad. Coughs fault for falling out with Greenhill, but even then, Lucas is out on loan at the moment. A box to box midfielder who would do a job. He isn’t the greatest passer, but puts in the effort and gets stuck in. He is far better than what we have at the moment, but Renwick is just ignoring him. He is OUR player and Renwick hasn’t even seen him play ffs. Murdoch should just go back to Falkirk now, I feel sorry for the lad at only 17. Could be a good player in the future, but this spell at Berwick, being managed by an idiot is doing him no favours. If anything it will destroy his confidence.

The clown also ignores Stephen Noble. Fit and ready to play, but 'not needed' according to Renwick. So we play a reserve in McLean, so far out of his depth it’s unbelievable. Not his fault, the fault of Renwicks for ruining his confidence! Another total joke of a situation!

This is just team selection, without even mentioning the decision which saw Anderson subbed on and off within 5 mins, Stevenson getting on ahead of Coult in the first half, Flockhart playing ahead of Gary O', and Horn on the bench for that fat useless c**t Henderson.

What about motivation, tactics, changing things at half time and from the bench? None of it happens. It just gets worse and worse. He just stands there and shouts 'tackle'. Every so often John Martin appears from nowhere, shouts a load of shite like a madman, then sinks back into the dugout! It would be funny if it wasn’t so serious!

What about his confusing use of the media. One day he is saying one thing, then the next he is saying the opposite. What are we to believe? Do we really need to wait until the 'talk in' to clear half this shit up? It’s like the fans don’t exist in his world. The clubs called BERWICK Rangers. The clue is in the name, but I don't think Renwick has even been down other than on match day. When we travel 4 hours to Peterhead and watch the team leak 9, the least he could do is applaud the fans, or get the players to do so.

Without Diack and Coult we would have been beaten against Brechin. Without Diack we wouldn't even be scoring. The only positives have nothing to do with the manager unless you count selecting Diack as a masterstroke on his behalf! Injuries are a problem aye, but we had a good enough squad available to us today (including Noble and Lucas who are frozen out) to be able to put in a far far better performance, and something which doesn’t make us the laughing stock of the whole footballing community in Britain through Sky Sports News and 5Live. I don't think we could get another manager. Who would want to join a club who sacks a rookie manager after 3 months?

As for it being his fault, he had Horn on the bench ahead of Henderson. As I said, he has frozen out Noble who could play left back. He won't even watch Lucas when we don't have a midfield. Even then, the starting line-up was far stronger than the result we got. He can't change things from the bench and doesnt seem to notice that defence starts in midfield.

His signings are only a small part of his failure so far.

Yes it is. (coffos a bit too aye) He could have easily signed someone who is out of favour on a free from the third. That way it's less of a risk, and he doesn't go round blowing money on someone so fucking shite!! We're not complaining about using loans, Infact theyre the best things we can get thnow, we're complaining about getting the players on one month loans. Seriously what use is that going to do. Henderson is a complete bag of shite, and tbh, i think Renwicks scout on FM said sign him, and he did in real life, because there is no fucking way that he's watched him play, even Renwick wouldn't want that asshole in the fucking squad if he saw him, ild prefer playing Gary'O at centre back. Speaking of Gary, What a load of shite keeping on starting Flockhart ahead of him. Flockhart is good, but just because of some stupid conspiracy, you shouldn't drop the better player.

If he goes, things may not change, but at least that way we'll have a manager who plans on challenging for a play off spot/Championship next season, not 10 years as the new Shire to let all the youths come through and be good again. Ild much rather use plan A.

I don't see the harm of giving Crease, Wood, McNicoll, Little even Horn the job, at least they're people who care about the club.

BerwickMad's post is absolutely spot on.

I was quite prepared to write this season off as a learning experience, take the relegation and hopefully bounce straight back up, but this is ridiculous. I have defended the manager in previous posts but it is blatantly obvious that he is out of his depth. If we had lost 4-0 then I would have accepted the result, no problems. We aren't even being humped by really good sides. I dread to think what Airdrie would have done to us if they had pushed on after their 4th goal.
This has now become unacceptable. Yes, Coughlin left us in the lurch because he new what was coming. Yes we have had serious injury problems. Yes we have limited resources, but since Renwick has been in place, the performances have become worse. I know he is new to management and it is a learning process, but his lack of experience is far outweighed by his lack of ability. Some of the starting line ups are unbelievable. At first, he didn't make substitutions, even when we were losing. Then when he does, he starts subbing the subs. Players are available who he will not select no matter what. This could seriously damage the long term future of the club. No wonder Grant doesn't want to come back. No player who is any good, is going to sign for a club in this state.

The players obviously have no confidence or belief in him, the fans have no confidence in him, so its up to the him, or the board, to put us out of our misery.
