signs for Queen of the South on loan.
Apologies if it's posted elsewhere within a thread, never noticed anything.

Confirmed somewhere? I know we haven't done so yet.
EDIT - I see it's now on the Falkirk website.

I know Stirling were also interested but the wages were a bit high, one other first division club were mentioned but I can't remember who it was.
Obviously not a favourite amongst the Falkirk fans, never got a real chance and just didn't seem to cut it at SPL level.
St Johnstone fans can obviously give more recent comments.

Wasn't impressed with him on the first day of the season and said as much at the time but even he was better than the other two you've mentioned there
"With his inelegant Tin Man running style, erratic crossing and unquenchable zest for lager, he was the soul of football."

Radford or someone who's watched our reserves maybe can.
Was full of running early on without much service. The signing of Deuchar & impact of Jackson meant he didn't get many chances after the first few weeks of the season.
Has only featured once since the middle of September although he'd been on the bench till recently. Took his goal very well against Dundee.
I believe we have 3 better strikers than him in MacDonald, Milne & Jackson so he may just have been unlucky.

The impression I got from the one game I saw him in was that he was full of movement (which will be a real novelty in a Queens player

My favourite ever post:

Can't say I'm not delighted.
Just not good enough. Jackson, Milne, MacDonald, and even Daal offer much more to the team than him, and with McBreen supposedly arriving, he wouldn't have got a look in. There was no way we would have even considered extending his loan.
He looked like an amateur at times, and I don't think he's any better than what Queens already have, unless he is a replacement for a striker set to leave. Either way, it's a pretty unimaginative signing from Chisholm, and one that is very unlikely to prove fruitful.

We saw very little in terms of footballing ability from Stewart. Kev has seen a bit of him in the reserves but at his age, he should be doing a little better than semi-impressing in a reserve side at first division level. He probably produced one of the single worst performances I have ever seen from a St.Johnstone player when we fought out a 0-0 draw with Dunfermline at EEP earlier in the season.
If we had to rely on him as a primary striker, we'd be in a relegation battle.

That is quite ridiculous. Chisholm must be an idiot.

Matter of personal opinion on Chisholm but the decision regarding the two strikers was fairly obvious. O'Connor doesn't like the pitch at NDP and doesn't want to aggravate any old injuries and Dobbie is possibly ill/carrying an injury.
