Better team won in what was a poor game Stennie out fought us and John Coughlin has got his team working hard for him.If Arbroath continue to lose form I wouldn't bet against them reaching the play offs.Least said about our performance today the better with only the on loan Mark Stewart and Andy Gibson getting pass marks.

Once again undone by defensive errors. Concede three goals like that and you deserve to get beat. John Coughlin has definitely got Stenny playing a lot better now. Although having seen Stenny reserves during the week that didnt surprise me.
Another team forcing themselves back into playoff contention.

I would agree we were the better team in what was a workman like performance something that is very clear under Coughlin it might not be pretty but everyone is giving their all which they weren't doing under Money.
We made it hard work for ourselves though losing scrappy goals but if Cough gets the players he needs in January then we should definitely be in the play off hunt. Arbroath are not up to much at all so I can't see them putting much distance between themselves and the chasing pack over the coming months.

Well chuffed to go there and get a win and we are looking a far better team than a coupla months ago. Won't be getting carried away yet but it's alarming how close we are to the playoffs when you consider some of the pastings we have taken, especially at home. If we get that home form sorted I think we could have a good second half of the season.
As Neilly says though the key is in January, a lot of dead wood needs to go and we need to strengthen in certain areas. One deal I am desperate for us to seal is Lennon permanently who I thought was awesome yesterday. A cut above at this level.

Cheers. Couldn't make the match on Saturday. A few really good goals in the game.
They were good goals.
That STV's not bad at all.
We should have a Stenny one, and call it, erm, STV?
