thistle deserved their win ,when hendry says that mcgowan is first on his team sheet I really despair of his managerial abilities again to day he has a go a fan ,how dare this clyde fan question the great hendry this man and his cronies are going to take us out the division ,all be it to the second division , please colin and your backroom staff if your going to be arogant at least have decent league position to back it up ( not bottom of the league )

Behave.

The guy walked down to the back of the dugout and started a heated conversation. Hendry's only reply was to invite him to his office after the game!

Regardless of how bad things are, you cannot demand a conversation with the manager during a game!

As for the game, as David W says, our lack of having a striker means we lost a game which should have been almost buries after 25 minutes, The two McGowans misses let Thistle off the hook big time.

Seen someone commenting on protection for Keegan, but I have to disagree. Keegan was being bossed by our defence and simply couldnt take it, hence why Freeland never seen fit to allow any treatment to him. Look at Liam Buchanan - much smaller, but willing to get in about it. I thought he played very well, as did Rowson.

The referee made two mistakes all game - superb officiating at this level! Booking Smith for a hrad but fair challenge(trademark), and not doing anything about what was obviousley a bad knock for Murray.

PS - I dont like him much, but is Muray ok? There seemed to be a fair bit of concern, I presume he landed awkwardly, as there was nothing amiss.

I dont know if Hendry will or will not turn out to be a decent manager, but I'd agree the fan's anger was aimed in the wrong direction.

Yer right in away mate. to be honest I would rather be envloved in a relegation battle than finish a safe 6th for instance. There is no excitement in that.

If it does go down to a relegation battle, it will be a far more exciting season

Well he had better get an order placed for loads of seats then because after another couple of games like this everyone will be expressing their concerns directly. When is the AGM anyway??? Looks like piss poor timing for such an event doesn't it.
Bring on 2011/2012

I had a good view of the guy who had the argument with Hendry.

His concerns were reasonable enough, but it really wasn't the time or the place.

He's fine, the fall winded him, but thanks for asking. I was disappointed to see a couple of Clyde fans stay behind after the final whistle to give him abuse.

Without trying to steal someone's thunder, I'm sure they were giving McCall abuse as he was walking off after checking on Murray.

If you're talking about the group i think you're talking about ( my group ) then we werent giving anyone abuse. Well, at least me and 3 others werent.. Not so sure about the other guys.

I was too busy trying to listen for the results to see if i my coupon came up.

It didnt.

b*****ds.

On a lighter note, even Thistle fans cant begrudge Imrie his goal. His dive was absolutely top notch. Must have went 50 foot in the air. That shows commitment, willing to fall from such a great height to get a consolation goal in a game we lost after the first kick.

I honestly cant understand why we are 10th considering the amount of shite we've played against this season.

My mate made a good point last night. If Hendry's wife is as ill as we think she is then maybe he should call it quits. It's not fair on his wife, and it's not fair on the Clyde fans.

His heart isnt in it, He's got more important things ( and rightly so ) to worry about than a game of football.

There were only two of them, so obviously not your group.

This is actually the worst day of my life. Thistle beat us at home, and on my way home my car breaks down on the m8. I spend nearly 30 mins talking to a guy on the emergency phone, could not hear a word he was saying with all the traffic in the background. I wait in the freezing cold for over an hour. The breakdown van comes out and tells me my engine is fucked and it might not be worth getting it fixed. On top of that I had to pay him 55 quid to take me home.

I am really depressed

oh I feel so sorry for you, what a rotten day.
     ;)

Thank godness I don't have to go back until Boxing day 9and ys I am giving the Montrose Scottish Cup game a miss!!Such is my disillusionment with the whole situation at Broadwood from the Directors down!! Trust Clyde to screw my weekend up!! It was my old Boys 63rd on Saturday and I could n't enjoy the night thinking about how bad my beloved team have become!!
