Aye, but I've got a 12 hour time difference at the moment, it's where the action is at that time of day/night, and you are the most frequent visitor

I thought that our second half performance was a little dull, with any chances from things like set pieces welcome only at places like Murrayfield. However, a wicked deflection off a defender which wrong footed Hill for the 2nd goal was a tad unlucky.
Most of that team on Saturday made up the team scaring everyone shitless early on in the season. So now what's happened? My guess is that he is playing decent players out of position.
Why is that? Well, injuries. Though, we are a senior league football team who should be able to adapt. In fact, a BETTER team. Also, Wylde, with all due respect, wants to manage at a senior league level so he should also be able to adapt.
As Shire fans, we have the right this season to question bad decisions and boo terrible performances, which wasn't the case a few seasons back. If we go to a non-league outfit next weekend to get beat, I will will want an axe to be grinded. I have a holiday from work the week after therefore a trip to Forfar isn't cheap by train. Therefore, I will be expecting better.
Oh, the funny thing is, we have a good team. You don't just become a bad team after 1 international break. We need to learn to cope without key players sometimes and just roll up the old sleeves.
As for the referee on saturday, I wouldn't be surprised if he is sleeping with Dave Baikie. It was never a penalty and Blackadder deserves to be bitten by one so shocking was his challenge.

What's the sudden obsession along there with Norway, btw????
I see Stenny have a Norwegian fan club, and a Norway Stand (how gay
) so, in a shocking attempt at one-upmanship, the Shire do the same.
Except for the stand. They tried to call it the Norway stand, but the Norwegian consulate complained, and threatened to cut diplomatic relations. They do have a Norway Pie Stall though. And the toilets stink of rotten fish. A fitting tribute.
Seriously, why not call it the Noway stand, because there's NO WAY you'll win the league!
Arf Arf.

As was well documented by the press earlier this year, 'shire have a relatively large fan base in Norway thanks to our fame from the last few seasons, and a few of them came over.
The only way is up.........babyyyyyyyyy

I must have missed that!
I'm sure they must have a wonderful standard of living over there and everything, but seriously, it has got to be REALLY f*cking boring in Norway.

It obviously can't be that as Christian Kalvenes at Dundee United is at least one more off the top of my head. B)

Erm... this is a Norwegian you're talking about, not a Brazillian.
Football is the third sport in Norway, behind whaling and knitting brightly coloured sweaters..

Kalvenes signed for United around two years ago from Brann Bergen.
"We need a commercial manager. He would be a more important signing than another player. As for Baikie, he did a lot to drag Arbroath into modern footbal. Many of the improvements, ie Youth manager, Stand improvements etc. came indirectly from Baikie. This is not a slight on Brownlie, but Baikie made the club more professional and madde a big difference on all levels. Come to think of it, what happened to the young lichties club, and our mascot....."
