They were fantastic, it brought a tear to my third eye to see them all with their scarves, despite being 0-3. Ibrox or Parkhead would have been empty. Great fans.
"ST MIRREN have adopted a new image. The Paisley side resemble the kid at school who returned from the summer holidays with a new school bag and a sun tan that refused to subside."

As the Gers fans sang though, "You're only here to see the Rangers!"
Our very success, gained you will agree by skill, will draw more people than ever to see it. And that will benefit many more clubs than Rangers. Let the others come after us. We welcome the chase. It is healthy for us. We will never hide from it. Never fear, inevitably we shall have our years of failure, and when they arrive, we must reveal tolerance and sanity. No matter the days of anxiety that come our way, we shall emerge stronger because of the trials to be overcome. That has been the philosophy of the Rangers since the days of the gallant pioneers.

The lyon fans were fantastic, could never imagine any spl team getting behind their team like that when they are 3-0 to a team there expected to beat easily.

No sign of Agent Ballbag yet. He must have got stuck behind said enemy lines. Hopefully he was raped by some massive French Policeman.

Was in Lyon a couple of years ago, and one of the regulars in the bar my girlfriend worked in was high up in the Lyon 'Bad Gones', the mental supporters behind the goals.

Anyway, he managed to get me a comp in with them for a game against Rennes (in fact the game in which they lost at home for the first time in two years, and were royally humped 4-1), and seeing them go mental from outside is one thing, but being in amongst them is terrifying, and brilliant. There are boys at the front who just wave the huge flags the whole game, and guys up on platforms facing the crowd the whole match, starting the chants with mikes / PA systems. When Lyon score, it's just a mass rush to the front, and they just start paggering out of sheer joy.

The noise though, is unbelievable.

Was asked semi-seriously though, not to come back, as I was bad luck....
