I can take losing to a better team but we are just spineless and making defensive mistakes that a fucking pub team would be ashamed of I'm not sitting watching it

The third goal was against the run of play but maybe if we had showed the same urgency at the start of the game then we wouldn't have been 2-0 down by that point

Is that yer "mother of all rants"?

im disappointed now.

What do you think the rest of P&B Posting World has be telling you for the last 2 seasons.
Now do you believe us?

A complete lack of passion and commitment from us today and enough is enough, they aren't worth the wages

The players simply don't deserve the Raith fans. McGlynn should have kicked arses after the County game and take them out of their comfort zone..........

It obviously didn't happen!

I love you Ayr United

Raith Rovers are shite la la la

My wife says it is a meracle, but i think otherwise
And the man from the magazine, wants another shot of you all curled up
'Cos you look like an actor in a movie shot.
But you're feeling like a wino in a parking lot
How did I get in here anyway?
Do we really need a playback of the show?
'Cos the wideboys want to head for the watering holes
Let's go
And the man in the mirror has sad eyes

I think Watt has a coin toss before the game to decide if we play long ball or try to play football

Couldnt make the game today, but i think the past few weeks have been a reality check for the fans.

The first few games, we were playing shite, but winning games. I was hopeful this would carry on throughout the season, but now were getting found out at the back.

To put it simply, we are not good enough to win this league. No way will we be up there with Airdrie and Ross County at the end of the season, not a chance.

This team cant score, unless its from a set piece.

Its gonna be a loooong season!
Long ball (often colloquially referred to as 'hoofball') is the term used in association football to describe an attempt, often speculative, to distribute the ball a long distance down the field via a cross, without the intention to pass it to the feet of the receiving player.

It is a technique that can be especially effective for a team with either fast or tall strikers. The long ball technique is also a through pass from distance in an effort to get the ball by the defensive line and create a foot race between striker and defender.[1] While often derided as either boring or primitive,[2] it can prove effective where players or weather conditions suit this style; in particular, it is an effective counter-attacking style of play in which some defenders can be caught off-guard.

The thing is, for the past 5 or so seasons (excluding Anelka), there has been a goal threat up front (eg, Novo, Andy Smith, Ramon Perreria, Mcmanus.)

I cant see where we will get a goal from this season, with the exeption of Marv or Todd heading in set pieces.

However, there's NO doubt that Raith fans do deserve the players.

I reckon if both Rovers and Dungfermline keep throwing borrowed cash down the drain on wages for over-rated, under-performing "never-beens" then it'll be a straight fight between us and EF for the Kings of Fife title.

Rovers and Dungfy can argue between themselves on who handles the liquidations (I here KPMG do a good job - maybe they'd do a good deal for the creditors of both teams if they went bust together ).

Probably an accurate reflection of the attendance, unlike Ross County, who add the town's population to the amount of people through the gate to give us the "official attendance".

It is when you consider we had over 2000 the last few games, that's 400 less

Hislp just scored a penalty, 3-2 full-time
