Rangers are the weakest seed in their group whereas Celtic were in pot 3....

yeh the point he is making that seeding wise stuttgart were the weakest team rangers would face and are worse than Shaktar the weakest team (seeding wise) Celtic would face

I think Rangers can qualify but they NEED to get at least a point away in Lyon and something in Stuttgart. This is obviously writing off their chances v Barce to get anything.

Good result obviously for Rangers tonight but I feel the order of the fixtures is against them, I can see Barca being home and hosed after 4 games and perhaps taking the foot off the gas, which does Rangers no favours at all as they've already played them twice by that stage.
Even men with steel hearts love to see a dog on the pitch.

It's fair to say that was the game Rangers needed to win if they're to do anything in the group stages. Stuttgart at home was, on paper, the easiest game in the section. Now they need to beat Lyon, get a point from Barca at home and hopefully win an away game.

Great result for them though. Congrats Gers, hopefully we can get one as well in a few weeks against Milan

Fantastic result last night.
Alan Hutton best player on the park by a mile. Player of the year contender if he keeps this up.
Bring on the Lyon :D

Unusual

Also on Sky Sports Xtra Interactive as well of course but this means people without the Sky Sports package can watch the game live

Good idea

It has the potential to back fire however. If I was a person not interested in football or even sports and paid good money for sky, i'd want to know why the f**k they were showing football on sky one when they have 5 sports channels at their disposal.

PS Well done the rangers. B)
