I know this topic doesn't really fit into results and player histories but I would like to know if anyone knows the sizes of all of Scotland's team's pitches (in the top 4 divisions)? In order if possible but individual sizes are welcome.
I know Cowden's is the smallest at 107x66.
Cheers

We had to widen ours in the close season to meet some SFA licensing nonsense, so would assume that all pitches now meet same minimum size criteria?

Check out the Scottish Football League web site, clubs section. Pitch dimensions are given among the individual clubs details. A bit tedious, I suppose, but it's all there! Or at least all the SFL clubs...

Love Street used to be enormous at 120 x 80, but I think it's been scaled down now.
Also, Stenhousemuir used to have a huge playing surface while Brockville was the bare minimum 100 yards.
Nowadays most clubs are 110-115 yards long and 70-75 wide.
One useless piece of information.....Dundee used to quote their dimensions to the nearest foot. I've never seen any other club do that.

I reckon possibly the narrowest pitch in Scottish football is Ashfield, where it is the bare minimum. The minimum is 50 yards. (8 yards goal line, 18 yards either side, which means a minimum of 3 yards either side of the penalty area).
I'd be surprised if Ashfield WAS 3 yards either side. It's like a subbuteo pitch.

100 x 50 is the overall minimum and 130 x 100 is the maximum.
Fort William and Deveronvale are not far off being square!

110 x 70 is the requirement for International matches (120 x 80 the maximum). I think that UEFA also wanted that to apply to their games which would have affected Hearts, and was why they had to move to Murrayfield for those games.

The pitch at Love Street was lengthened since the stats you produced above. I`m certain they added a yard or two to the length to make the pitch big enough for Under 21 international games and stuff like that. If the pitch dimensions you gave before were correct then I don`t know why they bothered altering the pitch size if it was already compliant. The stated reason was as I mentioned above.
Peace will come to earth when the people have more to do with each other and governments less.

Maybe the rules have been revised to 115 x 75? I've not seen anything to say it has, but it's possible I suppose.

I once played on a pitch somewhere in Perth (against Kinoull somebody-or-other) and that was the smallest pitch EVER. No joke, the sideline was only just a yard from the edge of the penalty area and the edge of the D was something like 5 yards from the edge of the centre circle. I was playing right back and it was a nightmare, as soon as the left winger got over the half way line he was looking to put a cross in and you couldn't push him any further up the park than that obviously because of the offside rule about being in your own half!
Was handy when you got a throw in near their box tho, I was pinging those bad boys in like they were corners or somethin!
