My mate put on a 'throwaway' £1 16 fold on saturday. He had some great prices, like Yeovil away, and a draw for Georgia/Ukraine.
£1 paid £2876. What beat him? Turkey, @1/7. To say he was upset...

oh man, that would hurt!!!
I had 3 coupons on but they all got burst by Sweden...I should've never put the same game on all three but did them at different times and couldnt remember who I did!
Bloody swedes. Was only £5 on £75 back, Portugal Poland draw and Hungary win came up...Swedes done me.

I hope that slip is winging it's way to 'Unlucky Line of the Week' in the Record.

Slovakia let me down for £95. I couldn't give a shit though as Scotland won against all the odds.

Dunfermline boss Jim McIntyre must be at a loss to explain the succession of goalkeeping howlers he's witnessed from the frazzled Pars this season. I'm picturing a scene akin to Basil Fawlty whacking his car repeatedly with a branch after deciding "enough is enough!"

Twas Portugal tonight but Im not bothered
I would happily throw away a fiver on a betting slip that doesn't win for Scotland to win anyday.

My mate's dad and one of his work-mates were the unlucky line of the week last week.
Spurs done them for £6500.

Logged into my Billy Hill account to find 9 pounds in my account. So I chose seven games in an accumulator. Sunderland, Birmingham, Sheffield United, Kilmarnock, Ross County (an almighty price of 3.3 considering our fabulous record against Raith), Hamilton Academical and Aberdeen. If Aberdeen won I would have won just under £2.5k.
Birmingham V Bolton Birmingham to win @ 2.80 Won
Sunderland V Reading Sunderland to win @ 2.50 Won
Sheff Utd V Wolves Sheff Utd to win @ 2.15 Won
Aberdeen V Motherwell Aberdeen to win @ 1.80 Lost
Gretna V Kilmarnock Kilmarnock to Win @ 2.00 Won
Hamilton V Stirling Hamilton to win @ 1.50 Won
Raith V Ross County Ross County to Win @ 3.30 Won
Bet Type : Sevenfolds
Bet Details : 1 Bets @ 9.00 per bet
Placed : 15/09/2007 14:11:28
Total Stake : 9.00

It almost came up this week.
Only Aberdeen, Dundee, Airdrie, Ayr and Brechin didn't win.
Oh, and Rangers.
