In league or cup football? If League, there's a thread on here about SPL hat-tricks that you might be able to track down.

well, it was in the 2000-20001 season, so that narrows it down a bit.

Robbie Winters got a mention on it, so it might be him. That or Stavrum maybe?

EDIT: Soccerbase says Stavrum

in April 2001. Not as far back as we feared at least...

4 past Dundee.

Yeah, I was away from home last night so couldn't check but it was indeed Zero that scored Aberdeen's last league hat-trick.

ICT and St. Mirren are the only teams to have gone longer without a top flight hat-trcik though both have the excuse of being in the league below for some of that time!

A St Johnstone player has never scored a hat-trick in the top league since re-construction in 1975.

In fact, we didn't score one hat-trick between Roddy Grant's against Montrose in October 1996 and Mixu Paatelainen's against Ross County in October 2003.
