Yeah but they have played some shit and were piss poor last week. I also think Shaktar are worth a look at tonight.

Added another £10 to the road tax booty last night. Happy days. Up now to £59.99 Betfair profit, with Spurs winning and Osasuna keeping a clean sheet last night! B)

Mostly single small bets all around evs with the exception of maybe a covering bet as Spurs were last night.

I might just have a tenner or so on, my only choice of bookies these days is ladbrokes or done so I won't get that good odds anyway

Laddies have them at 4/6 I think (well, they were on Monday afternoon) which for a team that have won every game at home this season except against Man Utd and Boavista (who they alledgedly hammered but couldn't score) is a very generous price. It's obviously helped by the fact they lost in France last week. PSG lost at home at the weekend and are in danger of being relegated, so I can't see this match being a massive priority for them, even if it was I doubt they have much chance in Lisbon tonight

Newcastle may get a rough time tonight, against a team who haven't been beaten at home in Europe for a long, long time.

With that in mind, I have a £5 treble on Alkmaar, Benfica and Espanyol.

While not great odds, there around 1.5, the AZ-newcastle games to have more than 2.5 goals would be a good bets IMO.
AZ's last 3 European games have finished 2-4, 2-2 & 3-3 and they need at least 2 tonight

Only bet I've placed so far though is Seville DNB

took newcastle, shaktar and benfica in £2 doubles/treble, £10 dyer 10/1, £2 az2-2 Newcastle 14'2 and a daft quid scorecast to cover as I've made the mistake of leaving that out before when backing a f/g and a correct score.

Looks like Espanyol could be the team to be on tonight. Maccabi Haifa missing defenders, and are poor in their league, where we know how strong the Spanish league is from Osasuna. Espanyol are 6th.

5 or more goals in AZ-Newcastle is currently 5.05 on betfair, so I'm having some of that.

Also I'm taking 7 or more goals at 22

edit: so far i have taken:

Benfica @ 1.66 - 21.47
Seville DNB @ 1.78 - 20.00
AZ-Newcastle:
At least 5 goals @ 5.05 - 5.69
At least 7 goals @21.93 - 2.00

If Sevilla win tonight I'll be up £50 on my A'deen/Sevilla double. Backed them at home and they were humped - they owe me

Just stuck £24.00 on Benfica. That's my only bet for tonight. Although I did put £4 in the roulette whilst at the bookies... and lost :(

I have PSG to win the UEFA Cup at 45-1, hopefully Paul can make me happy.

I have stuck AZ tonight, scores and the win. Their record in Europe at home is impressive to say the least and they turned around their last tie against Fenerbahce in similar circumstances to tonight's game.

I think the score will be 3-1 with AZ going through. There will be goals that for sure!

I did warn folks about newcastle, although I am in no position to be smug until Benfica and Espanyol do the business.

My mate had £3.50 on the Sevilla game 2-2 correct score. Think he said he got 16/1, the jammy git.

Southampton @ 1.69 tonight

edit: I actually went for Southampton -0.5 @1.68. Lesser odds, but the commision rate is only 1% as opposed to 5% on the straight win on Betfair. So it will return more (provide Southampton win of course

We're the only people who were posting a running total, and not just posting about one winning bet.

So is it your thread? With respect people normally post what they have won and what they have lost.Your running total looked liked 31 bets in an hour.
