Tonights donation. (thank f**k i only bet small)
Treble:

Arsenal
Deportivo
Stuttgart

Double - 2 draws

Betis v Sevilla
Sochaux v PSG

Going okay so far, Depor winning 1-0 and Betis/Sevilla is goalless just about half time.

Wouldn't have touched the French Cup game though... as Lens have already shown tonight, nobody really treats that competition seriously.
Goal scorers 2011/12
Peter MacDonald 15; Andy Jackson 12; Paul di Giacomo, Archie Campbell & David O'Brien 8; Peter Weatherson 5; Michael Tidser 3; Darren McGeouch 2; Derek Young, Marc Smyth, Lewis Hawke & Fouad Bachirou 1

15 quid on Empoli this afternoon. If that wins I may put the winnings on Arsenal later on tonight

Good shout sir, got on this after reading your post. :thumsup2

Stuck the winnings on Blackburn to qualify and Real Zaragoza (+1) against Barca in the Spanish Cup. Pays out around 3.7

I noticed Arsenals list of absentees so my Empoli money is now going on Inter

clicky

Who would have thought Inter would actually drop points again

I managed to recover that bet by laying on Inter when they went 1 down, with 3 minutes to go I stood to lose 40 quid if Inter had got a winner instead I managed to salvage a 3 quid profit

Went on before last nights game and put an arsenal/arsenal double for wednesday and saturday. Simply because I had never bet twice on the same team before- needless to say it did not go too well... However, at least Arsenal are out of the Cup!

Tonight, I've went with a wee treble of Derby, Tranmere and Chester. £2.50 returns £11.50

Don't be ridiculous! Do you think that in a country where only one team can win the league, they don't take the cup seriously? European qualification is automatic from both the cup and the league cup. Both tournaments are taken seriously, the league cup more so than in Britain.

All that happened last night is that there was a huge cup upset. Just because the English say that upsets only happen in the FA Cup doesn't mean it's true - upsets are far more common in France, nobody rests players playing in the quarter finals no matter who it's against.
