Am I the only one that doesn't like FF? I found it rather boring to be honest, the battles are fucking infuriating. Oblivion is way better.

Oblivion and FF are hardly comparable are they? They might both be classed as "RPG" but the differences are so fundamental their is no point in analysing them side to side.

Anywaizzz, Final Fantasy VII was ace but I rather IX myself. The best in the series I think.

Whaaaaaaat?

Come on, you really cant class the two together. FF7 is first class story telling and adventure from the off with so many political messages, superb score, great gameplay and excellent replay value, all in a game which was made in the mid nineties, bringing ideas that had been implemented in past entries to perfection. Oblivion was brilliant i must admit but its not even in FF7's league.

The missus bought me a PSP for Christmas (And possibly ruined our relationship simultaneously), and I bought this from the PSN Store for £7.99. Bargain. Become completely addicted again - it's amazing how this game refuses to age.

Just left Costa del Sol after the boat trip from Junon. Bit of a long shot but is anyone else still playing this?

I've now got two copies of the game on PS1, and a PS1 and PS2 consoles and no matter what combination I use, the FMV when the rocket fails to take off from Rocket Town always freezes and I cannot get past it :( It's rather frustrating

I bought it and 8 off the PSN when I had 25 quid credit. I started playing it (first time) and it just wasn't as good as 8, so I started playing 8 and haven't went back yet.

And that was not a good start, losing the Doctor at this stage of the game is pretty catastrophic, the Mafia will be creaming themselves after that kill. Particularly when the Doctor is as skilful a player as Forehead is.

I think this will be the one year where I don't have a tilt at completing FFVII.

It'll be the first time in fourteen years I've not completed it. Think I might ask my wee brother to get me FFIX off the PSN store, not completed that for a while.
Let's all go to leggoland (it's hilarious)
