Unfortunately that's a very difficult question to answer as actual dates of birth for players prior to 1980 are relatively scarce.

Maybe Joe Harper who scored v Partick Thistle in the Summer Cup in season 64-65 at the age of 16. I think he also scored a league goal a bit later but still at 16.

The youngest that I can find is Neil McNab who was 16 years and 68 days when he scored against Hibs 11th August 1973 in the league cup.
