Glenconner
The Tories under Maggie Thatcher were in power a year. Who was the Secretary of State for Scotland when the 1980 Hampden Riot happened? Dom't remember anybody getting a petition going to get the Scottish Secretary to resign because of the trouble. The Secretary of State for Scotland in 1980 wouldn't have been a Hibs fan by any chance?
