Free Agent
Hello people, Just wondering who you think is the biggest club who've never won the Cup? Are there any particularly 'cursed' teams in the cup? I.e. Ones who have a litany of painful Cup memories? Looking forward to the match on Saturday.

LongTimeLurker
Another candidate on this might be the present day Clydebank? Given the last version that won it in the 1940s are now Airdrie.

jimbaxters
Within modern day big clubs it would be a toss up between Beith and Kelty Hearts. Only one has the power to change that this weekend!

rfcbear
Got to be Beith or Kelty,Troon are a young you club good for 1 or 2 and then could go back to district league they can not sustain like Talbot or Beith etc

Yes they are relatively new to the top league but the infrastructure they have put in place will see them in good fare for years to come . They have invested well both in & off the park with the ground being one of the best in the west region now

energyzone
Troon are here to stay if you have watched any of the superleague. Sorry rfc but you are a bit misguided here. Troon are bankrolled though.

energyzone
Every club needs money to survive and improve. As long as it's sensible amounts then I have no problem with being bankrolled. There's nothing wrong with it. But Troon are heavily financed from one source and are lauded for it because they've done a bit of work on the ground, whereas other clubs are criticised for having similar investment.
