Leith vs Eyemouth

Recommended Posts

It was top v bottom in November and it's top v bottom now. On the otherhand Eyemouth got their first win - indeed their first avoiding of loss - since the SF on Saturday, and Leith played out 120 minutes this evening v LTHV, so the pendulum may have swung back slightly.

Good luck to both.

Tell you what some folk on here need to have a word with themselves. Saying 8-9 1's etc. You'll be shocked. It's a final and form goes out the window. And if Eyemouth come out playing at there best how they can play then we will be in for some game. These folk surly haven't watched Eyemouth this Season, been up against it with refs etc that's how it goes when your down there but on there day they're good enough to match anyone in this league

6-0 ft. Eyemouth with two men sent off late on in game. Eyemouth held their own first half but Leith ended up being to strong in the end, maybe a very different game if Eyemouth had taken the chance they had early on at 0-0. Fair play to Eyemouth who battled right to the end especially captain Alan Speirs who was constantly organising his men all afternoon. Leiths number 6 very good player along with 16 who came on and bagged a good goal, two stand out players for me

Lol.

Match anybody in the league?? They've won 1 game. That's not down to referees.

Eyemouth hung in there and what a big chance to make it 1-0 just before half time. Moments later they conceded though and in the last half an hour it was all one way traffic.

4 in a row for Leith who will hope they don't get a chance to make it 5 next season!
