Bring Back Paddy Flannery
Hopefully we make it 3 out of 3 against Scotland's most depressing club. Our fortunes will depend on the fitness of Jamie Lindsay and Nade.
Jan Vojáček
Mallan out - good Nade & Lindsay out - potentially vvv bad How have you lot been since Murray left, Shull (or anyone else)? The results seem to still be a bit meh, but I'm reading a lot of optimism in the papers and on Twitter.
sons'r'us
Lindsay should be fine for next week surely. A minor op to remove glass from his foot. Surely will be ok by then. Praying Nade injury not too bad. Do we know Mallan is definitely suspended. 2 yellows today. Does the resultant red mean you are automatically suspended the next week? How did he end up with glass in his foot? Aye, think it's an immediate two match ban...the people's champion Skyline Drifter will know for definite though. Edit: Spelt immediate wrong. Blast. Four wins out of seven in the league under Rae is a vast improvement on Murray's two in all his time with us. It's not been pretty to watch but, as Rae pointed out the other week, it wasn't exactly pretty before he arrived either. Mallan will be an immediate ban for the red card. He had four bookings before today and has another two now so that might be him getting an extra ban too. Watson also banned. The absence of Mallan could mean Agnew back in the team... Aggy's guaranteed another goal against us before he comes home in the summer. I have a feeling this'll go one of two ways, it'll either be a blood and thunder, all guns blazing, end to end exciting encounter with both teams desperate for a win. Or a tetchy, low scoring match with both teams feart to lose.

sons'r'us
How did he end up with glass in his foot? Not sure. Aitken mentioned it on the radio last week. I think he just stood on some shards of glass from a broken tumbler or something similar. He played with the glass in his foot against livi. After that they decided it would need an op to remove. Look at that another way, we've only scored 2 goals in the league since we beat Saints at home! Both against Livingston, one direct from a corner and a scramble after a corner almost went directly in.That Fleming goal was the last one we scored (in the league) from open play. optimistic
Strikers have been there over the recent years, but don't seem interested, and I don't mean Fleming, I mean the likes of ex spl strikers, people with a good reputation, Maybe time for a young hungry player like a denny Johnstone, or a Chris Kane, these proven strikers are not working

The two yellows are ignored in his overall record Stu as they made a red on the day and an immediate unrelated suspension.
flyingscot
How have you lot been since Murray left, Shull (or anyone else)? The results seem to still be a bit meh, but I'm reading a lot of optimism in the papers and on Twitter. Night and day really. Rae has managed 4 wins in the last 7 league games, with 2 straight home victories . Granted we've not really played anyone off the pitch and our results have been against teams mostly at the bottom end of the table. We've beaten Alloa twice, Morton and Queens. Lost to Queens away and Hibs away and had a horrific result via Livi in Rae's first home game when he was still finding his feet but we look a lot more organised, have a shape, a bit more physical and hard working. Murray got us 3 clean sheets in the league in 16 games and never won a home league game, Rae has 3 clean sheets in 7 games and 2 home wins already.... Players now seem to have a bit more confidence, holes in the squad have been filled with experience. Still long way to go, but initial signs are positive.
