Whitehill Welfare P University of Stirling P

Ferguson Park has failed a morning pitch inspection ... ????

The Park has been worked on all week but yesterday's rain has left it saturated and areas are very soft and unplayable.

Is it true the highlights of Whitehill's last competitive fixture are on magic lantern slide.... ;)

Think moving forward its worth the fixture secretary considering the fixture lists of the teams who's parks are at most risk from the weather ( vale, WW, BSC) and ensure that they at least have fixtures during the November to February time at at least two opponents with artificial surfaces.

I know that there have been games off on the 3G but it surely increases the chances- particularly with a number of artificial surfaces ( and Peffermill and meadowbank being playable most weeks).

I wouldn't disagree with that, however this winter is probably one of the wettest on record.

I've got no answer...but the way whitehill seasons are going over last 3/4 years are turning the football club into a joke....u can't get any proper season set up going and for part time players to have something like 20 odd games in 3 months very difficult and tbf very amateurish
