Edinburgh Airport parking

Hi, heading off this Friday for a long weekend and wondering if anyone can give me a heads up on where is best to leave my car that is pretty cheap nearby, heard of car parks fairly nearby that are £15 for a few days, is this true?

Try the long stay car park at the airport. From memory it's about £25 for 4 days.

You will probably be cheaper using public transport. Train into Waverley and hop onto a bus or our lovely trams.

This. Parking at the airport is expensive and unnecessary. Plus if you take the car, you can't drink on the way back over or indeed there. What's the point, depending on the length of time, a return and a bus/tram is probably only going to cost £30 max.

Honestly fuckin hate c***s like you on this site, smart arses. Thankfully there's decent folk in here who've been giving the lad advice...

I go abroad 3-4 times each year and it's what I do for booking my airport parking. So you're the c**t.

Probably not relevant to the OP as an East Stirlingshire fan, however you can park for free at Halbeath and Ferrytoll P&R and get the 747 bus direct to the airport.

I have no idea how I made this mistake.

Halbeath?

Will your car still be there when you get back?

There was a war veteran dumped there from a bus that had to sleep there in the wee small hours that had to sleep in a dumpster.

Basically the place is desolate and therefore safe to leave a motor vehicle.

Sorry man, I'm big enough to apologise. Just re-read it and it was sound advice enough. Just too used to seeing c***s give people arsey responses on this site normally indicating go search google instead of asking us.

No problem, good of you to apologise.
