BeverleyHills
Watched wee Dixie at the weekend for Cumbernauld V Largs,i believe he will be 40 on his next birthday and his performance and overall attitute was first class. Can see him still playing for a couple seasons yet if the legs hold up,curious to know if any other players still playing in the Super League at his age.The guy has been a credit to junior football and i hope we see him playing for a good few years yet. glensmad
Dixie is a magnificent example to every player in the junior game, on a par with the likes of Andy McClay who I believe is still playing at Vale of Clyde.

coco8
Doesn't surprise me dixie is still going strong and could carry on for another while. 1 of the best players i have played with great footballing brain and always popped up with important goals from midfield when you needed 1, also a very down to earth guy who in my opinion didn't even realise how good he actually was
redrocky
Best player I've ever played with. Reminded me of Paul Scholes. Why was he not playing senior?

Happy As Larry
There should be a few red faced Largs Midfielders reading this then. Almost 40 and they just couldnt get near wee Dixie at the weekend. Always been a class act.
