So since it's a result driven business take it broxburn will be on the look out for a new gaffer after spending big bucks on Dalrymple , then gettin regally pumped off the big rose yesterday ..

Well if they are getting pumped every week then yes they should be looking for a new gaffer. But I fail to see where Broxburn come into this? It was a Dale fan that set this thread up

The other coaches left because they probably can't work with the manager no more it seems to be his way or no way at all .There seems to be certain players that aren't allowed to be dropped or not playing well and he never seems to be wanting to give younger players a chance they will never gain experience sitting on a bench also big questions have to be asked about his man management skills maybe that's how all players are wanting to leave .The committee are maybe need to change things and have a complete new structure involving the youth and amateur teams in the area this would create a pathway forward, change is needed right from the top need to get out of the dark ages

The committee consists of 2 members over 80, 5 over 70 and 5 under 60 and they all play their part in running the club by raising funds maintaining the dressing rooms and all the other chores required in the of running the club. The club needs first and foremost additional committee members if it is to survive.Ideas for new structures are welcome but you talk about them all day you need committed people to implement them within the rules of the governing bodies that run football

Maybe you aren't getting the help you require because everyone is sickened of with the way the team is performing .There has to be change to get the community back on you're side .you should start by thinking about the proposals that was put in front of the volunteer park is no longer fit for purpose the pitch is needing a lot of drainage work on it , the terracing is a complete shambles someone will get hurt on it one day . The changing rooms are not the best ,you should seriously think about moving to a new purpose built ground with a complete new 4g surface and bring armadale thistle back into the community

I think this thread should be stopped. Everything being said is by people on the inside hiding behind user names... The committee have stuck by Hendo rightly or wrongly he deserves to try his best without distraction by this

well this is why the clubs struggling . Firstly by the spring the club will have invested over £70000 on renovating the changing areas . Including new showers, new lighting . Ventilation , floors , emergency lighting ,alarm system . Bringing the pavilion upto standard. Secondly the playing surface is also in the middle off a five year improvement plan . Thirdly the club were involved in the youth set up recently and went backwards . Nobody got involved with the club that's been in the town since 1935 , however the wrecked pitch and pavilion were given out free off charge for important games. OFF THE PICH THE CLUBS COMMITTEE MAY BE SMALL BUT WORK EXTREMELLY HARD KEEPING A SEMI PROFESIONAL CLUB IN THE TOWN WITH VERY LITTLE SPONSORSHIP FROM THE LOCAL BUSINESS COMMUNITY . Maybee a bit off respect would go a long way . As for the manager as I stated before he is still the first manager off Armadale thistle football club to get the club into the SUPERLEAGUE . THANK YOU

But the point is weren't you were offered

a complete new stadium free of charge and the money you have spent on upgrading could have went to better players and that could get you back into super league

Btoxburn took 5 years to get through the red tape as did Blackburn before they improved their facilities, this nonsense that somehow you just apply and a Nous. Camp appears is put about by people who talk the talk but have not a clue what is involved. I attended seminars held by the SFA at Tyncastle and Hampden regarding new grounds, yes their are grants available but business plans have to be presented and Mr Regan the SFA CE informed us at both meetings that on making an application you need a friendly lawyer a friendly accountant and a friendly architect and the keyword is volunteers. The club have made initial enquiries but it is a slow process
