There have been a few times when I was half tempted to drop in and see my team but have stuck to my word. Usually on these occasions when I check the score later I have made the right decision. I feel sorry for the hard working committee who get absolutely no return on the park for their efforts. Greatest achievement in Armadale gaining promotion into the Super League then keeping them up. I personally feel he lost his mojo when Martin Clouston left his number 2. Willynilly Posted December 20, 2015 Share Posted December 20, 2015 May seem disrespectful,but the forum is all about opinions and freedom of speech--and the originator is clearly a longstanding,but disillusioned and frustrated Armadale supporter. As regards Jh record of getting club to super league etc,yes,he's done good stuff in the past. Only have to look at the premiership in particular to highlight that it's a results driven business,and last season counts for nout if you struggle this year(Chelsea!). Ok junior guys are part time,but dale did go down,have had a very poor season,and things don't appear harmonious within the club,so I would side with the originator in respect of the committee ,and,PERHAPS the manager may be hard working,but in the case of the latter,agree a change is required to turn the club around or 2nd successive relegation is a definite possibility. Go to broxburn and ask Dalrymple . Ask the two players who changed their mind on Thursday night about asking away . Think it may shock a few people in the dale . Why did keeper leave at start off season ( now at Bonnyrigg rose) ask him . The manager has never been popular at Armadale and has made mistakes . He may or may not get the dale thru this crisis . But at the end off it he will still be Armadale thistles longest serving manager .and the only manager to take the dale into the SUPERLEAGUE .
