Yes well done EK, certain posters on another thread said the HFL had an edge over the LL.

This result will bring it closer.

The same said critics of the LL also stated how 2 made up teams with no tradition shouldn't be near LL standard :D

Well they're certainly starting to make their own history now :)

I make it 15 meetings between Highland League and Lowland League teams in the Scottish Cup. The score is 10-5 to the Highlanders. There was also the play off ties at the end of last season when Brora beat Edinburgh City.

Brora and Edinburgh City actually drew twice in the playoffs. You don't count penalty shoot-outs when considering a head-to-head!!

The LL is catching up though. Back in the day when Caley and Elgin were in the HL, they would expect to brush off EOS opposition by about 5-0 as Caley did to Spartans in 86. Even Inverness Jags beat Strollers 3-1 just before the merger.
