lichtie23
7.30am our bus leaves. Apparently it works out a 400 mile round trip. Not looking forward to the journey but am looking forward to visiting a new ground.
1320Lichtie
Wish we had a league game to keep our run going instead of this awkward trio up to the back o beyond. Hopefully get a decent number through and bevvied up for a sing song.

Back Beach
Great result for us today. Brora 6-0 Forres. Some lovely football played. Think the Arbroath fans expecting an easy passage into R3 of the cup. Enjoy the journey it's stunning scenery once north of Inverness. Bring as many as you can, it's a rather nice place to go, albeit far from the madding crowd.

1320Lichtie
Bus is full I believe. Fair few going on train as well as club maybe putting on bus. Should be a decent enough following considering the 10 hour round journey.

Should be a decent enough following considering the 10 hour round journey. Train or bus aren't options for me. Driving up on Friday afternoon & have 3 nights accommodation booked for a long weekend break. I've heard that the food at the Sutherland Hotel isn't too bad & I'm hoping that the Indian is reasonable... What time is everyone else planning to arrive? Smokie_Bacon_crisps
Keep an eye on your timing with the train, there is only a 5 minute window at Aberdeen and again at Inverness, then a 7 minute one on the road back at Perth. I've had the train a few times to Pitlochry to see family and it does run late on occasion. Make sure if it is you get the conductor to call ahead and hold the connecting train, especially at Perth as the train arrives at the other side of the station from where the train to Aberdeen departs. It requires getting up a flight of stairs then over two small bridges to get over to the other platform and takes a few minutes. How many supporters do Brora normally get for a league game? I can't find Highland league attendances. http://spfl.co.uk/league-two/fixture/3636493/ For the visit of Montrose it was 525 which is pretty impressive Train gets in at 12.56pm, leaves at 7.10am. Smokie_Bacon_crisps
Is it still £9 and £5 for admission? http://www.brorarangersfc.co.uk/club/267420/News/view/892957
