Andy Halliday
Would rather be in the league cup quarters tbh. So would I. 12 points ahead & unbeaten in the league is not a bad consolation however
Mersey Bear
Would rather be in the league cup quarters tbh. Isn't all that bad. Storming the league and beat our biggest rivals in the league on Saturday.

In all seriousness there is a greater chance of us making the playoff than Rangers lasting the season.
George Parr
Assuming the Sevco juggernaut continues, these monthly awards are going to be a bit of a non-event. I'll tune in next season.
Andy Halliday
I would agree with that. Especially with the funds at hand for the club. I would agree with you on that, had the dud manager we had last year not spent more than the new gaffer and made a horse's arse of it. Say what you want about funds but we're coasting the league. And what can't speak, cant lie.

Say what you want about funds but we're coasting the league. And what can't speak, cant lie. This massive spending myth came from Stubbs with the Warburton's job is easy thing. Now the hibs fans have jumped on it for a excuse because they are fearful the league is over. Before Stubbs made that comment we was skint and couldn't afford to build a squad. 800k on 8 or so players isn't exactly massive funds. Nothing we ever achieve will be down to merit
Bambino7
Are you kidding me? Rangers haven't got by far and away the biggest spending budget in the league then? Like Celtic, any manager should walk the league with their eyes shut. To say otherwise is ridiculous. Mccoist wasn't a manager so he's excluded. Mersey Bear
800k is not mega money. Hibs have way more to spend than the likes of Raith and Falkirk, but the league wouldn't suggest a massive difference would it? My point was, in the summer, until half time at Easter Road, we had no money and our signing's were garbage. Now it is used as an excuse because of how the league is panning out. Hibs and hearts had similar budgets last season, the gulf in the end was massive. It doesn't always come down to who spends more than who
Bambino7
Rangers should walk this league with the playing budget they have coupled by the massive home advantages they get every week which was again evident on Saturday. Hearts and Hibs had similar budgets last year I agree and we had smaller than Rangers then and finished ahead. One off seasons happen and that's what happened last year. Rangers now have a manager and assistant that will be on mega money compared to the rest also, who are experienced and proven. Waghorn will probably be on about treble any other team in this wages also. Mccoist fuckin it up John Barnes style was the exception.
