Poet of the Macabre
Huge step up in quality of opposition for the students but hope they can give a good account of themselves. Uni side have Chris Geddes up front who is in good form and scored a hat-trick at Threave in round one. Imagine they pulled off a draw at got to play at Hampden... I really rate Gus McPherson as a manager and think he's got every chance of taking the Spiders up this season after coming so close last year. Will be a really tough game. Yellow Feet
Absolutely no chance of going all the way to Annan so will probably pop along and support the uni. On the other hand, I scored a belter goal at the trials last year and still wasn't invited to the second stage so f**k them. Mon the QP.

rhliston
Is this the most pointless segregation ever? Yes I have to agree with you their, the last time the Uni played in the Cup game against Albion Rovers they only opened the West Stand (ie The Albion Home Stand) and their was no problems with the fans considering their was just under 300 attended this match. Can`t see more than 500/600 in attendance for this game so why open the East Stand (Away Stand) on this occasion ?
